Great service, the waiters are very attentive and friendly. Food is good, and price is alright as well.

Went for a 3 year old's birthday, food was delicious, and the staff were amazing. They bought a 'cake out' (a candle in a strawberry, as she didn't want any cake) and sang happy birthday to her. They were very accommodating, and apologetic when they didn't have an item on the menu that they thought they had. A great meal out.

Went to eat at Eldon square newcastle last night. We were served by a bearded waiter who was extremely rude. He twisted his face when he presented with his notepad to take our order as we asked for a few more mins, he wasn't pleased when we asked for all three condiments for our food. I observed his customer service to other patrons and he was just as rude.. The restaurant had a
lot of flies in it!! As we were sitting on the back seating, as this is a padded wall it was covered in flies. We asked the waiter if there was a
problem. He was very dismissive and rude and went straight to the manager and started to spout incorrect things to her of what we were saying. I walked behind him and correct his false accusations. The manager said there were issues with the refuse bin collections in Eldon :Square and this is why the fly problem was occurring and had been for over one week!! No apology from the manager or rude waiter. The kitchen is an open area and this many flies will not be a hygienic area to prepare food in. We paid the bill and left the restaurant. Because of the lack of customer service in this establishment we will NOT be returning! Newcastle has many choices of places to eat and as this was one of my favourites I feel the food standards are exceptional, having such appalling service can absolutely ruin your night!!

Delicious food and a nice atmosphere. Service is great and the waiters/waitresses are very nice. Although it is quite noisy that is from the popularity of the place.
