Tasty food but poor service. Most of the staff are very arrogant. They have a "we don't care" expression on their face. Very few places to sit and eat. For the past 4-5 weeks, they are offering a "limited menu". They took off wraps, rice boxes, tortillas, coffee, etc. from the menu. Only have burgers, with no ketchups! When asked "when will they offer full menu?", I got a careless and expressionless reply "we don't know". Walked out from this crappy place without ordering food!

The food itself is nice but wish they would check the orders before handing out. Ordered two 4 piece meals got everything but only 4 pieces of chicken instead of 8. Will consider not returning as this has occurred more than once!!

The cupboard. Comically cramped little cave of a place. The staff are either great and really friendly or incredibly rude and unprofessional. Place often runs out of basic things and is closed well before its stated closing time on most days. Deliveroo don't help. Sometimes you end up with a queue of deliveroo drivers waiting on huge orders that forces the wait time up. Always check the screen behind the counter for orders as no one will warn you if you're likely to be waiting for a long time. As bad as a KFC can get but the only one in the city centre. If you want chicken and you need it from the KFC, you're probably going to go here.

Ordered two piece meal and got two drumsticks with half of the coating missing. Complained to a member of staff but they just weren't interested. I asked her to feed my complaint back to management but didn't get a response. Won't be going back.
