The food was Good, but I waited 10 to 15 minutes for my order... the place was busy, but it was only a burger and fries i wanted.... saying that the food was great and the place was nice to sit in.

Queued for 10 minutes to eventually reach the front of the queue, to then be ordered to queue behind one of three tills. Went to another till and ended up with 5 people being served before me - almost walked out had it not been snowing. Why don't these places have a ticket machine so that people get served in a fair order? It's not like a ticket dispenser would cost much compared to all the other kit they have. This city centre BK could well do with a revamp, it's cold, grubby and dated. Certainly wouldn't bring my kids here.

Very nice girl served us, was very helpful in our choosing of our lunch. Meal was hot and freshly made. Resturaunt was clean and uncluttered. Five stars.

Was really busy as it's in the town centre but we were served fast enough. 
Only one problem there's a machine now to get yr own drink. Th que was long for this so by the time you got through your food was getting cold.
