Don't come here often. And last time I went got a hair in my cold big mac. Food is always cold whenever I go. I always purchase from the machines but always wait at least 20 mins for my order and when it does arrive burger is lopsided and chips don't seem to have been salted or over/undercooked and generally cold. Very very busy. Haven't been back since the hair incident.

I would like to see if the system you are using takes as long as it did when you had all the tills on the front counter . In my experience only the staff will know if it is working better the way it is now or before . I think if you have got a good workforce who know what they are doing which I seen they did today, the customer should only be waiting no more than 10 mins from start to finish even on a Saturday when it is really busy . I hope you can meet that target .

Always a good experience in mcdonalds.... the machines that you use to order food in are amazing and makes the experience very easy.... the breakfast wrap I ordered was a little mangled, but it didn't stop me from eating it... the place has an area for the kids with tablets to keep them entertained as well

Very nice staff helped find a table for us me in wheelchair & also brought food & condiments to table for us. Great work!
