I have now been waiting over three weeks to get to see my doctor about a possible growth removal. It could be cancerous it could not be but the people who answer the phones seem to have it all in hand. Three diffrent people now know why i am seeing my doctor and i still have no appointment or even know what he looks like. A disgusting service. I have worked ever since i left school and payed into the system to get fobbed off. THREE WEEKS. DISGUSTING. I will be filing a complaint to the ombudsman and i want answers as to why THREE diffrent people cannot get me an appointment in the space of three weeks. Hang your heads. NHS at its best & i pay for this 👎 WALSALL LIMES MEDICAL..TAMWORTH CLINICS..BLAKENALL MEADOW.. no problems. Bloxwich field road👎.AVOID THIS PLACE. YOUD BE QUICKER SEEN DOWN A&E AT THE HOSPITAL. Inform them why you are there. BECAUSE BLOXWICH CANNOT CATER FOR YOU. SIMPLE.

Reply to Radzio. We have no patient of that name and we do not see reps. Some patients need mor time and surgeries often run late. How would you like it if we have a bell at 10 min of consultation and we say' Your time is up. Off you go old boy!'?

Worst surgery ive ever attened cant get appointments if you work full time told different things by different staff about booking or pre booking appointments practice manager isnt much better as a diabetic i was told no appointments late night last one for 3 weeks is 6 oclock leaving me no option but to now have to use out of hours . out come of this will be me changing surgerys now i feel this one is very poorly run i dont have a problem with the doctors all ive seen are excellent but how it works on appointments seems to be if your face fits .
