Highly recommended. Amazing service yet again from Pinewood. Warning light came up this morning & my son about to undertake a long trip. At same time thankfully identified a problem with the tyre. All issues sorted in 30 minutes - thank you for ensuring car much safer to drive. Great service & so appreciated you were happy to help at such sort notice - thank you.
All the team at Pinewood motors have been extremely helpful, friendly and have operated from a place of integrity. We have purchased two cars from them over recent years and they have gone the extra mile to assist us, ensuring all our needs were met! Look forward to future dealings.
I would never buy a car from this place 5 weeks ago was misleading, as we had warning signs come up on the dash we took it for a diagnostic and seven things was come up took it to this garage. They wiped five and only two. I have proof of this in my phone and on paper via email you have not offered to cover the cost of the vehicle you have not offered to do anything. I have this all in writing. I have now seek legal advice and I’ve gone to trade in standards. I will be sending you all the information via email. And you will be getting investigated. Good luck with that one because our calls was recorded all the time we’ve been on the phone and you said you could’ve fixed it this week but yet again you have lied even though someone’s called today and you’ve booked them straight in what a load of lies you lead. Good luck with your life again we brought a £ £9000 for turbo blew up. They refuse to help refuse to fix refuse to pay any money towards it. They are hopeless garage they’re rude and unhelpful avoid discourage at all costs.
Used Pinewood for the first time today to service my wife’s car. Very impressed! Local, independent, professional and they run an apprenticeship scheme Will definitely use them again.

Excellent and speedy service. We bought spares through Europarts and booked the fitment through them with Pinewood. Quickest, cheapest and earliest appointment. Definitely recommend.
My family and I came to the UK on a 5 week trip. We bought a van from these guys use it for 5 weeks travelling the UK and Ireland. They were extremely helpful through the whole process, picking up and dropping off at Thatham station. We sold it back to them for an agreed price £1,500 less than we paid for it. Miles cheaper than a hiring a van for that period. If you are travelling let the know what car you are looking for, they find it and buy it in if they don’t have it in stock. We have all heard you can’t trust a used car salesman, but these guys you can trust!
Have used Pinewood a couple of times now for car tyre replacement and puncture repair. They are professional, courteous, and good value.
Bought my vehicle in February 2023 from Pinewood and just had its first service and MOT with them. As always, good service and customer relations.
Love these guys sorted me out everytime. Sorted my brothers car out in the garage then I bought a car from the sales and hasn’t missed a beat since I bought it and bring it back to them for everything. Great garage and car sales 100% recommend.
