Bought a vehicle a week ago and hasn’t arrived despite saying it will be delivered within 5days. Paid a hefty delivery charge and still awaiting. The delivery guy was rude and ignorant. Honestly, do not waste your time here - unprofessional and time wasters.
One of the worst company They delivered my car in driving seat mat make so dirty with his full mud on carpet on my driving side and brake and clutch pedal full mud ..they suppose to call me but they didn't just leave car and dropped key through my letter box.also they drive my in somewhere full mud my four tyres .it's cost £50.. to clean inside my car...

Be Careful everyone this Branch are CHEATING on bidding system, Cars been sold pure sale and one minute later they relist them for the following week auction.
Not sure how I currently feel. Car won/paid on 25/04. Website claims 5 business days for delivery, on the phone they claim 10 business days. its day 9, i started calling and asking but every time nobody actually knows where the car is, was told Wed 04/05 would be latest Day 10 now its Thursday 05/05 Day 11 im completely baffled how the ad states that its faster, easier and cheaper. For £10 more delivery I could have ordered delivery from Shiply. Delivery address is less than an hour away. Who knows when this car will be delivered but the fact nobody cares/knows in the office leaves you feeling rather deflated with the whole idea.
Absolutely shocking experience. They took my car for a week because it had been scratched down the side it came back with more scratches, passenger footwell full of rubbish. Stickers all over the car half pulled off which are absolute nightmare to get off. When I rang Copart Newbury the bloke on the phone told me it’s my problem and do NOT call them again. I have now got more work to do to the car than before it was picked up by them. Do Not let them take your car away or at least when it’s dropped off check it thoroughly. I was at work so I couldn’t check the car upon it’s return.
What has happened to copart? RUN & DRIVE!!! SEE PIC BELOW. I really don't know what has happened to copart uk Newbury branch i have bought many cars over 10-15 years or so that I've been a member. They fail to contact you regarding delivery times which can cause all sorts of problems when they just dump your vehicle anywhere if you're not around, not only that the run & drive description is pushed way beyond what is acceptable, I just received a vehicle with broken steering & suspension & obviously unable to drive so it was forced to move dragging the wheel & tearing wires & brake pipes etc. The car must have been set up to look OK for the images accompanying the listing as it really only just balanced on its suspension leg, but once moved the wheel went to an obtuse angle clearly showing how serious the damage actually is. Their terms & conditions has them pretty well covered, be aware!
I am totally exasperated with this company! in regards to my sons motor bike which was deemed not worth repairing he decided to buy it back. Initially I was told over the phone after waiting nearly 1 hour to actually speak to someone that the bike was being brought back on Tuesday the 1st of February, it didn't get delivered! So another 45 mins to wait to be answered to be told "no it's not arriving until Wednesday the 2nd" Wednesday came my son had a telephone call from the van driver to say his vehicle had broken down! Today the bike was definitely going to be delivered back!! Has it arrived no! So another 50 mins waiting to speak to someone to be told the driver attempted to deliver the bike back but couldn't use the road to get to my house!! I have never heard such utter rubbish the driver is obviously incompetent, there are 3 routes into the village, if a dustcart, haulage vehicles can get into the village so could he! My son has Autism and is struggling to cope with this whole situation as am I now! Tuesday the bike was booked in for an MOT Thursday it was booked in and now tomorrow it's booked in, how many more times will my son have to cancel and rebook with the garage! I
