I cannot speak highly enough of Chris & the team at C&S Car Sales in Thatcham. We drove nearly 100 miles to view a car & I'm so glad we did - I've spent many hours travelling distances to view second hand vehicles that fall way short of the advert description when viewed in the flesh. We were warmly greeted, left on our own to have a thorough look at the car & at no point were we put under any pressure to purchase. They even had things to keep a toddler occupied which for me demonstrates how important the customer experience is to them. . 
Rarely does a dealer take precedence over vehicle choice but I'll be looking at C&S Car Sales Thatcham first next time !

Was very nice when talking about the car i was after as well as trading in my wifes car. The car was well looked after and given previous experience with bad traders this once was very good!

Bought my first car from the guys yesterday. They were fab, had a nightmare of an experience at a garage the day before, this was a pleasure. They kindly came to thw garage on Sunday for me to view the car. Every tbh I got was as advertised. Extremely helpful and non pushy. Felt like shopping at John Lewis. Will be highly recommending  to everyone. Thanks for making my first car buying experience a breeze.

Found these guys online a bit further away than I wanted but they had what seemed to be a cracking car in my price range. Emailed and asked for more info which arrived first thing the following day. Called and asked them about extending the MOT back up to 12 months in the price and they said that should be fine.
Arranged to visit them and both them and the cat were superb. No pressure from the chap the helped me (who actually came out from the onsite service centre to see me). Had a casual chat, snooped around the car and was handed the keys for a test drive. Car sounded, felt and ran beautifully.
Shook hands and arranged to collect the following day with fresh MOT. The drive home was faultless, not knocks, noises, rattles or vibrations.
At this point I couldn't fault this place at all. Maybe the prices are higher than elsewhere for similar aged cars but compared to others if seen it was well worth it.
Only had vehicle for a day now and will revisit if any issues arrise with it but I would be most surprised.
Lovely guys and great cars.
