Fantastic meal, great staff, order at bar, good value. Fish and chips as they should be crispy batter real cod. Everything cooked to perfection.
I did eat there a couple of times during lock down and they are taking nice Corona precautions. However I just ate the 8oz rump steak and it was OK but a bit too well done for medium rare. Will ask for rare next time. Visited again and had a lovely rare steak, they are certainly serving some good food at the moment. Upping the star rating to 5/5. Ate there again for Easter Sunday and although the food was ok, unfortunately the service was poor.
Iv had 3 lovely Sunday lunches here now. Food is lovely, great size portions, chef even comes out of the kitchen with extra roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. Lovely atmosphere, traditional interior. New bar staff are lovely and friendly. I Would recommend.
Had a lovely afternoon tea here. Good selection of sandwich and wrap fillings and cakes. Amazing value.
Highly recommend. Dog and human friendly. Fab Sunday menu. There is plenty of parking, and a play park over the road for kids and dogs.
Really good value food, Steak night could not be faulted one of the best I’ve had in a long time….needs a few £££ spending on the toilets.
A beautiful quaint place to socialise and eat food, the food is cooked to a high standard and beautifully presented, their are plenty of seated areas to choose from, their is also a garden area for when the sun is out def the thumbs up
As we've an Electric car and needed a top up to the battery the App Zap map suggested the Pigot Arms as the nearest charging point.A quick phone call later and we're on way from RAF Cosford.Well what a great decision great pub excellent staff a great pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord a favourite of mine.The food superb and prompt service.great to meet the Chef and praise him on his awesome gravy.

I love this pub! Nice country pub with amazing food nice friendly atmosphere i had sausage and mash and it didn't disappoint! This was part of a 2 course for £9.99 really good value for money
