Great pub was a nice menu of food and drinks. The vegan options at this pub have always been nice. I recently went here for a couple of drinks. We sat outside due to covid but they had heaters outside to keep people warm. The drinks are pricey but expected.

I fully appreciate the crown has a dress code, and can understand the need for it. Understandable at peak times. But to be refused entry to a beer garden for a quiet Wednesday afternoon glass of wine, for wearing smart joggers... A little excessive! Especially since the place has been shut for 4 months.

We had a lovely lunch today. If you are vegetarian, I totally recommend the vegetarian Sunday roast lunch. The roast potatoes, crunchy vegetables and fig nut roast were delicious!

Attentive staff, nice food and great drinks. Sal was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Good as always, still need to go a little to be great. Some staff need some training to be more knowledgeable about things like wine.
