Good shop. Lots of listening stations and a nice selection of new and used electronic music. Cool they are supporting and featuring local smaller labels new releases too. Super kind lady at the desk too.
Fantastic vinyl shop - so much stuff! Could easily get me into trouble
Love Phonica - the store and the website - and it’s an essential London stop if your thing is electro/techno/house. Had a small issue with an online order this week which they resolved promptly, and went way beyond in terms of putting things right for me. Very impressed by the level of customer service. Thank you, guys. Recommended.
memorably bad customer service. had to prompt a security guy to get someone's attention after 5 minutes of standing waiting by the till. when i did get served the guy who'd been ignoring me frumpy, middle aged had the worst attitude possible, made me want to put the record back and leave. honestly, still sorry i didn't.
Has lot of house, alternative music. Price is competitive, u can get some bargain fr other store. Service was good and helpful.
Great shop, helpful staff, picked up some good stuff. No complaints apart from PLEASE EXTEND ANTI THEFT CHORD ON THE HEADPHONES! As a tall person it was quite uncomfortable. Thanks!
A decent assortment of records here with some nice hip hop finds which is usually uncommon. Great listening areas too, a very peaceful break from the hustle of the high street. Some leftover RsD titles too so make sure you get in to cop.
Slightly expensive, but they sure had what I wanted. Great selection of vinyl, a very helpful server who knew what I was talking about, gave me a selection of his choices and was quite on point, very spacious for a west end record store and not so arrogant as others. Plus about 8 turntables for customer use too, I’ll be back
lovley selection of electronic music and good soundsystem great team inside the store --> the used-Vinyl-box is highly recommend
My favourite London store through the years. A must visit for electronic music collectors
