Not answering emails regarding refund of returned book. Emails sent 10 days ago and 4 days ago - no reply - disappointing.

A huge book store, what's not to like? A truly impressive selection of titles, with something for everyone. The kind of place you'll wish you'd found sooner, and will go back to again and again.

This flagship store is really impressive with a beautiful interior design and vast collection of books. So much so that it is a tourist attraction. The shelves are well organised and the helpful staff are at hand to help you find your way around. Highly recommend this place.

Wide range of stock, helpful staff and a UK national treasure. A world class bookstore. No visit to London is complete without spending a couple of hours and buying up an armful of great books.

absolutely fabulous, it's built across numerous floors, each one having a different book section. has everything from fiction to non fiction, cooking to psycology. very quiet if you want to read a bit too. there's also a cafe on the 5th floor, with seating, and a small theatre and the very top floor. staff were smiling and attentive.

Went to the cafe at Foyles for a small bite eat. The food doesn't disappoint and is very yummy. The current toilet situation needs some work as there seems to be only one toilet available for the cafe and whole store. Long wait time - not ideal.
