Excellent and prompt service of transferring video 8 cassettes to CD. Polite and very helpful staff. In particular Helal and Paul going above and beyond. Thank you.
Rude and dismissive customer service coupled with a very high price for, at best, a mediocre result. I had been quoted for a 1-2 day turn around, after over 3 weeks I finally received my order along with a totally insincere apology. Awful.
We have been using Stanley's for over 20 years... Great for transfer to and from on any format, copying, conversions etc. Just one thing to be aware of, sometimes good manners doesn't always come with the service.
