A pleasant shop with polite staff. I'm not sure why your staff ask so many questions when you try to buy a fish. If Pets at Home were so concerned about proper care for the fish, they certainly wouldn't sell the tiny fish tanks they have on their shelves!!

Great store. Good range of products reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Pets welcome.

Trying to find a harness for my cavapoo today was a challenge, but Mark was amazing and patient and so good with my dog and so nice. Really knowledgable and helpful with trying on at least 10 harnesses. Eventually walked away with one but he made it much easier. Thank you!

Always friendly and helpful with making sure I get what I needed and also given me advice to ring a day or two before going to make sure they have stock in the shop.

Lovely place shopped here for years never disappointed with advice or the pets
