Slooowwwwest service ever. Lots of variety but gosh please focus on customer experience, it's what keeps the shop going. One person serving and 2 or 3 floor staff just wandering around.
A great range of homeward goods. We have shopped here for curtains previously. This time we wanted a rug. We had looked on line but find the colours on the screen different from reality. A great sample in store so that we could look for the colour and pattern we wanted. Ordered the size we wanted and it was delivered within a couple of days. Great rug to walk on.
I mostly use the excellent click and collect service, and also have the occasional wander around the store.nnGood place for bed linens for all price points.
I like this place, good choice of products for around the house.
I have shopped in this store at Workington since it opened but will happily drive from Keswick to Carlisle in future,Carlisle was the store I shopped at in the beginning.Just shocking customer service at Workington.Not with me but a customer I knew.Whatever happened to duty manager discretion or was he not trained in it or above his pay grade.I gave the gentleman his refund all of £17 you should be disgusted with yourself Mr hiding behind the wonderful girl at the check out.He told you he had just lost his wife with CANCER.Just you wait for Karma she will be kicking your door down.Dunelm train him correctly.
