The shop itself is good, usually fairly well stocked although the online in store stock availability is usually somewhat incorrect. The customer service however is a little less to be desired. Mostly moping faces and lack of care from most that I have been served by or asked questions too.
I visited the Workington store yesterday.nI asked a young lad for help. Everything I asked was not one bit of bother to him. He guided,explained and advised fully. We even had a lovely crack.nI have bad anxiety when going into a shop.nHe turned my anxiety right round.nThere should be more store assistants like him. He surely needs promotion.nSo I would like to say to Peter,thankyou for your amazing service.
Customer service lacking .nSome unpleasant staff.nNeeds staff only signs in areas Customers cannot enter .nWas 'shood' away from self service till while staff member rectified an issue with till .nNo Thank you .nLack of staff interested in helping Customers
I went to get sand and cement. Geoff was really helpful - he fetched a trolley for me and loaded it up with the bags of cement and sand. Then after the checkout Ryan steered the trolley out for me and loaded it into the car - most helpful and service with a smile. Thank you
Went for paint. Assistant in Valspar section very helpful. Gave advice on shades within my colour choice, the Valspar range of colours and matching ability over 2 million!!, brushes on offer but good brand. Paint is excellent. 1st time using it but won't be the last!
