Carpetways

The middle aged man we saw today could not have been more rude unfriendly or unhelpful. I only gave 1 star because there was not a zero option. We left and went across the road to buy the same product at a slightly higher price with a helpful man who was interested in our custom. I did not mind paying a bit more as I would rather have eaten my own feet that give my custom to such rude staff. I would suggest Carpetways sort their staff out or risk losing business. We will never go there again.

We went today in the hope to buy a carpet as we have purchased from here before, the man never offered any help, just Sat at his desk, we had to approach him. didn't seem interested in selling us a carpet in fact put us off the one we liked saying "it would only last a year as we have a dog, we looked at a more expensive carpet and he gave us a price which was higher than my husband worked out. We got the impression he could not be bothered. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent customer service..the young man that served us at the workington store was very helpful and polite! we are chuffed to bits with our new carpet! Very good quality and looks spot on! shopped around and carpetways was unbeatable 👍

Always been good service and I have used this firm about five times . They kindly helped me move one or two things and were most polite .I have always used the Workington store and found the carpet fitters good.
