Went to Halfords to buy a baby seat for our granddaughter. The advice we received from a customer assistant advisor called Christine was superb. She took us through the purchasing process giving us very professional and constructive advice. Once purchased she then took us through the fitting process and the operation of the seat. Would definitely recommend Halfords again
Went to collect a new e-bike with its new owner, a young woman with learning disabilities. Joe who served us was exemplary. He talked directly to her, not me, explained everything clearly, answered all questions well, and was good fun. Recommended.
First time I've used this store today with a click and collect order. Came here to pick up some deicer, rock salt and that was easily achieved using the Halfords website and the friendly staff in store. The only thing that was confusing was the Halfords website said the store had no ice scrapers in store. When I visited they had no shortage so that was strange. The store itself sells a broad range of stuff from bikes to bits and bobs for cars. They've even just installed a large charging station at this store.
Just like to say thanks to Chris, Paul, and Steve, the men in charge of the bike repairs for repairing a puncture to my wheelchair and trike. And the friendly team at Halfords. Excellent service, thank you.
