Excellent service phoned company directly before ordering on line, as I had been messed about by other retailers, when trying to purchase a certain dimensions washing machine because of space implications, the guy checked his stock on the computer first before I completed on line , then the follow up service phone calls delivery where completed within 3 day's. Absolutely brilliant, certainly wouldnt go anywhere else. Liam was fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful. We got sorted out with a new fridge freezer, he even sorted it to be delivered today. Honestly we're delighted, their knowledge, and customer service is second to none.

The guys at Genesis, in store, and the fitters, gave excellent customer service with a recent integrated dishwasher I bought from them. There was an unforeseen problem when the old appliance was removed and they found not quite enough space to instal the new one. However, they did all they possibly could to problem solve this and in the end, they did. So I can't recommend them enough. Plus the guys were very polite & professional to deal with. So all round very good work guys, thank you. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Genesis home appliances enough. They were the only store in the whole of the UK that had in stock the item I’d been searching for for days! They were extremely friendly and helpful and the item I ordered Neff gas hob was delivered within a couple of days. Truly amazing. Don’t think twice, order from these guys. Their service was excellent!

Fantastic customer focus, original purchases didn’t suit the room so Liam was instrumental in replacing them to get us the right product with no fuss at all. Superb and a credit to the business.

Ordered a freezer took my money then told me they were out of stock two days later but staff friendly

Genesis certainly understand the meaning of customer care from when the order was placed until delivery, communication from Kye was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Any call backs were immediate. I cannot recommend them enough. If I need any more domestic appliances I shall definitely get them from here. Kye even rang to make sure the delivery had been made. I've bought dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and cooker from Genesis Home Appliances. absolutely brilliant service, always knowledgeable and great price. If they didn't stock the item that i was after, then they sourced it and matched or even beat other retailers on price. Delivery guys always friendly too. Couldn't ask for better 10/10. highly recommend

Recently bought a new cooker and hob from Genesis. The store staff were professional, really helpful and knowledgeable, we spoke to them over the phone which eliminated the need to go into the shop. The installation guys were prompt, professional and were covid compliant at all times. The price of the appliances were very competitive and the overall service provided by this local company was far better than any chain stores I have purchased from in the past. They fit my installation appointment in very quickly too! Thanks.
