You have been warned!!!  Check before you buy!!!
If you buy a mattress from hear and change your mind after a couple of days and wish to return it still wrapped and unused you will NOT get a full refund. 
They will charge you 20% of the purchase price!
I own a guest house with 12 beds and two holiday cottages with 6 beds each. So beds need changed regularly. I shall be making my purchases online in future. Free delivery and 100% cancellation!
