Well stocked, clean and an extremely well managed store.nnIt has a fantastic team of staff with a warm welcome. They hold a wide range of knowledge on caring and maintaining a tropical fish tank.nI have bought fish many of times from this store with advice from staff and their community always remains happy and healthy! nnAs well as knowing what's suitable for my pets dietary requirements!  I have been feeding Crave to my pocket bully and he loves it, he has gained a lot of strength from it and much needed muscle mass and weight  I have noticed a great change in both physical and mental health!nnI have been visiting this store for a number of years and it continues to better itself every time!

I came in earlier today looking for something in particular and although the store didn’t have it the customer service from a particular lady with dark hair & a piercing was lovely. She was super friendly and helpful : made me feel welcome!

Great shop found and got exactly what I needed without any issues, until I got to the till when tge staff member on the till made me guilty about not paying for money to go to an animal charity of there choosing when I support the animal charities I choose to support.

Had a collection from there   All clear information about when it was going to arrive and staff were great.

Amazingly friendly staff! From the moment we walked through the door this slightly smaller stores staff were all smiles and very helpful first thing on a Sunday too gave us lots of Information regarding our puppy and the vip card so we got the best deals out there!
