It’s not the Halfords I knew, you aren’t given the shop assistants/managers full attention when being served. They are more interested/focused on answering people/questions posed to them by fellow colleagues on their head sets. Instead of replying with “wait a second, I’m serving a customer”

Great experience! Huge thanks to Sam, who sorted out the issues with my car with a lot of skill and made the situation far less stressful. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and genuine, and I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend and would definitely come back! Thanks again - diolch

It gets tiresome having to fight your case here regarding the Halfords price match. Perhaps the staff have been told to find any old excuse not to discount ‍nPlease follow me on Instagram @outandaboutonindianscout

I was very impressed with the two ladies who changed my headlamp bulbs in no time at all one named Ellie, dont know the other one. They were so competent and also very courteous and efficient with me and the other customers. Very very good.

Needed a rear screen wiper blade! Fitted professionally and with a smile. Great service on the tills, the mechanic was a genius! thank you all so much Tim and Sian
