It’s not the Halfords I knew, you aren’t given the shop assistants/managers full attention when being served. They are more interested/focused on answering people/questions posed to them by fellow colleagues on their head sets. Instead of replying with “wait a second, I’m serving a customer”

I was very impressed with the two ladies who changed my headlamp bulbs in no time at all one named Ellie, dont know the other one.  They were so competent and also very courteous and efficient with me and the other customers.  Very very good.

Needed a rear screen wiper blade! Fitted professionally and with a smile. Great service on the tills, the mechanic was a genius! thank you all so much Tim and Sian
