Had everything we needed we also bought 6 blinds for our caravan exchanged two blinds to bigger ones with no problems very happy thanks
Came into the range store in Carmarthen yesterday evening to witness the assistant manager abusing a gent in his wheelchair, poor customer service from her and then she got other staff then to threaten and intimidate this poor man in his wheelchair and then phoned the police as she refused to exchange a faulty electrical item or give a full refund and then went to hide upstairs and let two young girls deal with the issue, I was baffled as I also witnessed her then abusing his wife outside with threatening language towards her and this young lady was being very pleasant towards her but this assistant manager’s language and behaviour was very aggressive and appalling. I was very very shocked indeed. I won’t be going to this store again if this is the way she treats customers.
I ordered a 12kg bag of dog food. Someone picked it up for me as I live 30 miles from the store and when they dropped it off they had sent a 2kg bag. They have said that they will give me a refund but I must return the 2kg bag. I think that they should give me free delivery on the proper item. I now have to find someone to return it. I am not paying £24 for a small bag.
I returned an item the other day, and it was not a comfortable process. After I left, I felt very pretty unsettled although I managed to get a refund sorted. The guy at the counter seemed to be one of these people apparently convinced that they are so great at their job, by over explaining things not for the customers but themselves, as he didn't seem to pay too much attention to what was asked and mentioned but was more inclined to be overly formal, absolutely no warmth 'yes sir, no sir'. I said things seemed cheaper online on their own website, but he responded by saying - as if I wasn't aware already: 'but then you don't get to see the product physically as you do in the store', disregarding the fact I was returning an IN-STORE product, proving that people can be just as disappointed in store as well as online. When they seemed to repeat often to me and the manager that I thought the item was bigger than it was, I got the feeling that they was being a little passive aggressive towards me, especially with people behind me listening in the queue. I also stated that the exact measurement are listed with the items online, and at least customers would know where to find them if they needed to, as they are not always available in store products. He didn't seem as happy when I returned the product. I asked if I had to give my address details or anything similar during the returns process which I was witness to previously, and he assured me I didn't, but within a few minutes he then asked for my 'postcode' which is technically a significant piece of one's address. I tried to make these points of online shopping into conversation to attempt to try and seem not as defensive as he was, but it was like talking to a robot from the 80s. There was no 'oh that's unfortunate, that's a shame' I was often responded to in silence like their cogs were turning; a silence in which I felt I had to break by talking more than they did. It seemed they were looking for every excuse to refuse my return but was put off that they couldn't. I was well within my 'change your mind' return rights but still asked me 'what was wrong with it'? No reason was needed when I passed the item to the worker, it should have been accepted without question. They checked the contents; everything was in order and still I felt like I committed an offence. I feel more reluctant now than ever to shop at this store.
I was looking for reasonably priced 20×30 inch photo frames and found a great selection in this store. Can definitely recommend the Range
