Fantastic customer service. My iphone had crashed on the latest itunes update and as I have my phone contract with this store, I popped in on the off chance they may have some advice.  Friendly and helpful and a really good service. They resolved my problem.

I visited the local shop with my student grant for a new smartphone, (£500allowence & needing to upgrade my galaxy s4 i9500).
Walking into the shop I was instantly approached by a short man/dark beard wearing a suit, who enthusiastically queried my intentions in the store,
 *I guess he wanted to hear a me anxiously utter the words "I want a contract and have no idea what to do'.. 
However, my intentions were to outright purchase a brand new smart phone for research and I didn't mind which model,, easiest sale of his life.
however, before I could explain how I already have a phone but I require a major upgrade phone with a simple sim as it will be on WiFi, he had seen my broken screened galaxy S4 and assumed something special in his mind.
In seconds: before I could finish a 20 second speech,
He physically frowned turned around and pointed to his lesser colleague whilst not even facing me, I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!! 
But I was not angry at his as I thought of him as a fool, comical for me so not an utter waste of time.

Point being that this team are financially fueled and not offering qualities in customer service, and will likely oversell useless products as their careless attitude can be seen every time one walks past the windowns of the shop.

I purchased a used galaxy S8 from music magpie for £560 because I just needed a phone with good processing and dual screen capabilities, but that salesman (I believe), would of sold me a nokia 3310 on a 4 year gold service blah blah contract, Sarcasm aside this place could be dangerous with your bank details and signature!!!

Do not get a contract with O2.   

Their coverage in Carmarthen may be OK, I don't know.  But their coverage in Haverfordwest is - frankly - disgraceful.  Only very limited 3G.  I took out a contract with them while living in Penzance in Cornwall.  In some of that town it was OK, outside of it and in nearby towns, you're back in the dark ages.  

They are simply not doing the decent thing and providing the data coverage outside of the high population areas which other companies do.  But if you try to tell them, well why should I pay this bill if you don't give me 3G, they're not interested.   Right now, outgoing calls I make are diverted to the payment line because I'm just 4 days late on one of the two monthly bills (billing is split between phone hardware and why they describe as service.)

My advice to everyone is to avoid O2 like the plague, until they pull their socks up and stop behaving like sharks.

Travelling to the Rugby World Cup. This store was unable to provide a working sim card for my samsung tablet. I had to visit the store 4 times, still not working & also no refund offered. This business is terrible. Try 3 mobile or Vodafone! Don't waste your time here.
