Attended the store this lunchtime and I was in a flap trying to juggle finding a certain type of paint with my 5 yr old. I asked a nice young man Chris on the front end and he helped me massively. Very informative helpful and extremely polite. Well done Carmarthen B&Q
Called in to buy some light bulbs for a cooker hood in our caravan. Electric light bulbs are a nightmare to buy now! Andy was summoned to help me. Spot on! I needed a couple of other things. Again, Andy was the right man for the job! A great ambassador for B & Q! Thank you Andy. Alun and Elaine
I called in to B&Q Carmarthen this morning looking for a nut and bolt, unsure of the size but with an example. I asked a man who worked there called Marshall for assistance and he couldn’t have been more helpful! Really appreciated it, I’d have left with the wrong ones if he hadn’t explained that the size guide was a bit worn. 10/10, much appreciated.
A massive Thankyou to the lady in the bathroom department who could see I’m in a wheel chair and couldn’t do enough for me, I was extremely grateful, seeing as you couldn’t do enough to help me, even taking me out to my car and helping me into it, Thankyou ever so much Leigh, incredible lad, didn’t see me as having a disability but as a normal person, il never forget that Thankyou ever so much
Notoriously busy on a bank holiday Monday but needs must!nnBeing in the b&q club we had vouchers and a new project was calling which needed worktops. Had help loading the worktop onto a trolly as well as help splitting the order up to maximise the voucher usage!nnGreat store well laid out with lots of bargains often
