Booked an airport pickup up from petes cabs 24 hours in advance but was left waiting at the airport with my young son. When i called to remind he adventually picked us up 20 mins later. He did apologies and admited he was so busy the day before and just forgot about the booking. I Could have overlooked this and used the company again on my 7 day holiday if it wasn't for then being overcharged even with the "discount" of £4 on an airport pick up he had said would usually be £24. I called another company and was quoted just £14 for an airport pick up, /drop off.

minutes minutes late and no communication. Had to phone for a different company for the return trip as they didn't answer or return our calls.

Yesterday evening me and two of my young sisters ordered a taxi with Pete two hours in advance from the Headland Hotel. At 10:30 we waited outside the hotel and after ten minutes we tried to ring Pete numerous times and had no response. When it got to eleven o clock and we had heard nothing from Pete, we started to panic, in regards to our safety, being three young vulnerable girls. Also, we are aware that on weekends it's hard to book taxis as they're all busy so we were so lucky to picked up by the incredible taxi service that is Trenance. 

We rang Pete a total of five times and had nothing from him. We were stranded in a place we don't know very well and it was scary! Terrible service and extremely let down. Definitely do not recommend this taxi service.
