Absolutely brilliant. Was on a flight that kept on being delayed but they kept an eye on it on the web & were there to meet me when it arrived. V reasonable fare too. My heroes!
Aside from a very negative experience on Thursday evening down to a ignorant controller who should be ashamed of the way he treated us. cannot fault this company lovely friendly efficient drivers. Picked us up on time every morning. Were helpful and polite. Thanks guys
We took the train from London to Newquay and came across their taxi office situated less than a 5 min walk from the train station. The lady that helped us book a taxi was super helpful and within 2 minutes had a taxi that could drive us to the hotel we were staying in. We also prebooked a taxi to drive us back to the train station a few days later and the taxi was on time. Both drivers were super nice, friendly and made the ride super pleasant. They also take card which is great. highly recommend and would use them again due to their reliability and service!

Seriously impressed by the exceptional service I received from this taxi company today. They went above and beyond to accommodate my booking despite being very booked up. Tim was very helpful and kept me updated. Without them I would have missed my train back to London. Thank you so much. I would definitely be recommending them for anyone needing a taxi in Newquay. Simply the best.
On behalf of my colleague Lynn I left my phone in the taxi whilst leaving Newquay to get a train back to London. I only realised I left my phone when I was on the train and the train was about to leave the station. I called the taxi number and the taxi office was so helpful - Dave offered to come on the train platform 7 mins before departure with my phone! Great service, would recommend to everyone :

Really friendly staff and the best price around by a long way. Would recommend to anyone in Newquay.
We waited for over 25 minutes for a taxi, rang to ask where it was and got yelled at, we walked to the office to ask where the taxi was and got yelled at, the lady at the desk yelled at us, telling us the taxi waited for 10 minutes and she had gps proof, the taxi was waiting at the wrong place when she showed us but told us we were lying while continuing to yell at us, terrible customer service. Driver was nice though, although one of the other drivers called us horrible people
