Booked a taxi for 1730 to go out for a meal. Taxi never arrived waited 30 minutes in the rain and tried multiple times to contact them with no answer. Not even an attempt to contact us regarding our taxi. Missed our table booking, creating an inconvenience for the restaurant. Cheers pal.
We used these twice during our stay in Newquay. Our driver was Darren, he was a really nice guy. He picked us up both times spot on time and really good rates. They will definitely be our regular taxi firm when we are in Newquay now. Excellent service!

I visited Cornwall yesterday and it reminded me that I had to write this review of 10-11 Taxis from the previous time we visited one week ago. On Sunday October 29th we had broken down in our van in Mithian, having come all the way from Essex. A business owner kindly allowed us to keep our van on his land next to his home. He gave us his address and company name, which pinpointed our exact location on Google Maps. I rang 10-11 Taxis and spoke to a driver who assured us he would be with us in one hour to take us to Newquay. I gave him the address and my mobile number and explained to him our situation, and I told him to ring us when he was in the area. We waited in the cold for 45 minutes, then I tried calling him to see if he was on his way. There was no answer. We waited a further 15 minutes until 1 hour had passed, and then we tried calling him a further two times. No answer... Then all of a sudden he phoned us, and told us he'd 'been in Mithian for the last 30 minutes, couldn't find us and was now on another job'. Then he hung up the phone! So we rang another firm, and they charged us £15 less than what the driver from 10-11 Taxis quoted us. If you want to know the name of this firm check my other review. Basically, the guy from 10-11 Taxis was a moron who lied to us. If you want to actually not walk to your destination and be charged an honest price, avoid this firm, try any other taxi firm in the area, or check my other review and go with them!
Booked a taxi the day prior. I booked with a man on the phone, who took my name and contact details and said that it’s all booked in and that he’d see me tomorrow. The morning comes, and the taxi is late. I ring them, and they say nothing has been booked in at all. And now I am late for my job. Very unorganised and will not be using this service again.
We had Craig who was so so lovely. He was on time, very friendly and charged very reasonable prices. He even nipped back when I left my phone in the taxi. Thank you so much!
Absolute RUBBISH taxi service! Failed to turn up to take us to Newquay airport, tried calling them 3 times but had no reply, this was at 8.30am so not an unreasonable hour, eventually we had to take our own car and park there - as we hadn't pre-booked and paid why would we when we had booked the taxi to take us it cost us over a £100 in parking costs for 11 days!!! To say I'm disgusted with 10-11 taxis is putting it mildly!
