Picked up an elderly relative today at Newquay Airport. Before we got in the car she needed to visit the toilet so I followed her and availed my self of the facilities too. This is the only loo available landside of passport control and there is literally only one toilet which is unisex and also displays the baby changing logo. I cannot describe adequately the awful smell that met me, of urine, which was all over the floor and seat. The toilet had obviously not been cleaned for days and there was no toilet paper. What a lovely greeting for visitors to Cornwall.

Love Newquay airport. It's very easy and relaxed.

Great little airport. Departure lounge is small with a cafe and little shop. The whole process was smooth though, apart from a delayed flight.

Very small airport with limited g facilities. Arrivals is just a lobby area whereas departures has a coffee bar etc. Parking is free for an hour but after that gets very expensive. Not perfect by a long way but providing a valuable service.

Great staff , all incredibly helpful, we travel from newquay several times a year and the service never changes. Super fast, very efficient.
