We had a mini bus taxi booked for 11 people last night to take us to a Christmas party. The taxi turned up 40 minutes early and he spoke to our friend, conveyed to him that he knew he was early but he was just going to wait. He then left half hour later without letting us know. This not only left 11 people stranded, late for the party but makes the company look very unprofessional! Thankfully AtoB taxis came to the rescue and eventually we managed to get there. Does Coastline really expect 11 people to be ready to leave 40 minutes early ! We were fuming to say the least.... Such bad service, 0 review wasn't available had to leave a 1

I used Coastline Travel to visit places around Newquay when staying at a nearby resort. I found the people at Coastline Travel very professional, helpful and friendly, as was the driver they found for me. Well done everyone at Coastline Travel! Would recommend them any day.

I arrived at Cornwall Airport Newquay on August 17 2017. The airport doesn't have a taxi-rank and I needed to get to the hotel in St Austell where I was staying. The people at Coastline Travel were very helpful and friendly, as was the driver they found for me. Well done everyone at Coastline Travel!

My wife and I arrived into Cornwall Airport and used Coastline Taxis (who are based at the airport) for our stay at the Scarlet Hotel. Great service and really close to the hotel. What a lovely little airport too friendly staff and lovely little coffee shop

Not the companies fault in general. Me and my partner got cut up first of all by an absolute lunatic of a driver in a coastline travel minibus in southwest cornwall who decided he would just dart out in front of me at a roundabout. He then continued to drive at high speeds weaving in and out of traffic. Eventually got to the dual carriageway whilst the maniac drove at speeds well over 100mph again weaving in and out of traffic. Again its not the companies fault but be careful!
