Called taxi firm as recommended by holiday site in brochure. We was told 10 minutes by the on site shop, taxi was 30 minutes late whilst we waited out in the rain.. also lied to on the phone about how close taxi was and took extra 15 minutes.. when I told taxi driver we had been waiting for 30 minutes in the rain he simply shrugged his shoulders. After our trip in town we called them again for taxi back this time a taxi was luckily outside where we were. Taxi driver charged us more as it was larger vehicle, even though I said there was only 2 of us. Same thing, taxi driver shrugged shoulders, mumbled some words (couldn’t understand), could barely speak English. Terrible service, no apologies, nothing. Will call other taxi firms in future.

Just had one of their drivers nearly T-bone the car in front of me due to the taxi driver cutting across the road in front of us at a set of lights.... really not cool, was clearly intentional. I'd rate 0 stars if I could and I won't be using this company in the future over safety concerns. The car was a white saloon. Gave the bloke in front of me (an elderly man) a heart attack! Poor lad.

Brilliant service tonight. Craig our driver was great and took us back when one of us forgot our phone back. First class service.

We arranged 3 journeys and paid a huge amount in advance (in the 17 seater minivan), then on the day due to weather we asked to move one of the journeys to later but only going about half the distance. They said fine no problem on the phone and no mention of any extra charge. But later on the driver turns up an hour later than we agreed, and refuses to take us anywhere until we pay him an extra £20. He says it's to cover the extra distance, but given it was about half the distance I still don't understand what he meant by this, and he just refused to engage when I said this. Given we were stuck with no other option and already about 90 mins late after trying to reason we ended up paying, which I'm sure they knew would happen and why they felt they could get away with it. Driving itself was OK but forcing clients to pay extra for no reason is not so.

A2B offer a reliable taxi service at very competitive rates. Nothing is ever to much for their drivers and they will ensure that they are with you as swiftly as possible. The office staff are always polite! Will continue to use a2b taxis in the future! Keep up the good work guys!
