nice service to begin with, taxi all booked for outside bertie’s nightclub at 2am. never turning up, we tried ringing over 10 times, no answer. so if it wasn’t for the other taxi firm, we wouldn’t of got home. was waiting over an hour for the taxi that never turned up. really disappointed, won’t be booking with them again.
We booked a taxi with Pats cabs 1.4 miles from Trevornick to Crantock pick up was 6:30 return journey 10:30pm When we got picked up he said said the charge was £25 for 4 people We thought that included the return journey but on the return he asked for another £25 So £50 quid for 2.8 miles I’m sure even black cabs in London don’t charge that much!!! Do not use this company they Rip off people who are here for a holiday Very dissatisfied
I have used Pats cab x2 a year for the last few years. I email early on what time I need picking up to and from the airport, where to, the cost, also subsequent trips I need. I found them very reliable, they contact you, never late, cautious friendly driver. Pats can every time.

Incredible service. Picked me up bang on time for both my journeys, Stuart was a brilliant driver and a lovely bloke. Really enjoyed my rides, will use again when I’m back in the area!
Really good experience with Pats Cabs last weekend. I'd booked them to pick us up from St Austell station and in fact someone else called Ben jumped in the cab, but the driver quizzed them and realised they were just joy-riding so by the time we chased he was coming back to the station for us! Really nice chap and the next day they also moved our bags for us as we were doing the SW coast path.
Worst taxi service I've ever used. The driver was more interested in my wife than concentrating on his abysmal driving
Went above and beyond to help me! I was camping alone with my baby and walking along a country road in 32 degree heat heading to the bus stop for the beach. The road ran out of foot path and I was panicking. A taxi approached and told us to jump in. I was so thankful! The taxi guy ’stu’ was a godsend at that moment! He literally made my day! Lovely guy! We are returning to cornwall next week and will defiantly be using this service There are still some good people in the world!
We used Pats Cabs twice whilst in Newquay. After being let down by another local taxi firm, the waitress in The Bowgie Inn recommended them and they were fab. We used them again when the bus outside our holiday park failed to turn up. Next time we visit we will definitely be using Pats Cabs, both drivers we had were so friendly too! Thank you
