Valentines bouquet looked like this after 2 days. I complained and was asked to send a photo, then asked to bring them back in. Was told it was my fault they looked like this as they where too hot. Interesting given they where in a north facing room and no where near a radiator. Once they where finished explaining that it was totally down to me and not them that my roses where dying, they replaced the roses. No apologies no accountability. Awful service.

Not used since an awful and expensive tiny £80 wreath looked worse than a £20 one .. ordering on a previous occasion the staff were "off" husband got valentines bouquet 14th £40.50 today 17th and they are half dead and yellow .. needless to say i will be telling him not to go there again
The Team at Bizzie Lizzie were amazing for my wedding flowers. Sarah worked within my budget, ordered what was seasonal to give me as many flowers as possible and went with the vision I had for the bouquets and buttonholes. The flowers exceed our expectations and everyone was commenting on how beautiful they were. Thank you so much to all at Bizzie Lizzie who made our wedding flowers so special. We would highly recommend them
Following a bad experience when hunting for wedding flowers with another florist where we were ignored for ages and then shoved a price list, walking into Bizzie Lizzie was like a breath of fresh air! As soon as we met Katie we could tell she really knew her stuff! We explained our vision for the flowers which she absolutely nailed! In addition to listening to what we wanted, she gave some really neat suggestions - all of which we took on. Many of our guests commented on how stunning the flowers were and they didn't break the bank either which is always a plus. We'll always go to Bizzie Lizzie for any flowers in future and suggest any local brides go and check them out. No fuss, they know their stuff and its great value for money.

Thank you to the team for my wonderful wedding bouquet. I was marrying my husband for the second time after some years divorced and wanted to replicate my original bouquet. The ladies matched the colours of the freesias exactly, added a winter twist and I was delighted.
Ordered a bouquet for my partners birthday, was absolutely delighted with the delivery - fabulous. All the more special due to current lock down. Well done to Katie and the team, who were brilliant.
Worst customer service experience from a florist I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this business to anyone. All the flowers were delivered in full bloom with no buds so wouldn’t have lasted and an odd arrangement with 2 Gladioli randomly poking out the top, making it look like an insects antenna. They disputed this even tho I had a photo to prove it. Their tone of voice when attempting to rectify came across really badly and made you feel so awful for complaining. Really bad experience for myself and my partner.
