I have bought a number of special pieces from here, all of them stunning and much admired. It wasn't a difficult decision to get a bespoke design made up here. Sharon was v helpful, going out of her way to keep me apprised throughout. Cannot fault the service or the design!
We highly recommended Biagio Thame for their service and the amazing quality of their workmanship.Over the past 4 years we have had 3 rings made from family pieces of great sentiment turning them into beautiful family heirlooms. The latest one thanks to Anna’s imaginative design and Stephen’s amazing workmanship has turned 2 unworn rings, that although of sentimental value we’re not wearable, into a fabulous ring I can now wear and pass onto to my family.
I can't recommend Biagio enough. Anna looked after every aspect of my request to combine two necklaces into one and Stephen has taken my rough idea and created the most beautiful drop pendant. I'm absolutely delighted.
A great choice of jewellery and excellent value too. Most of all, the staff are knowledgeable, attentive and personable. His new store is even more inviting. A haven for magpies !
I had the privilege of being looked after by Sharon Manders Manager at Biaggio Jewellers in Thame. Sharon led the design of a customised piece of jewellery and walked me through every step of the process until I received the final item. She was so professional and knowledgeable and also put my mind at rest at critical stages of the process, as it involved taking several pieces of sentimental jewellery and breathing life into them by incorporating them into one new design for a very special person in my life. I cannot recommend Sharon enough to anyone considering going through a similar process or indeed seeking expertise in purchasing a new piece of jewellery. Long gone are the days where we see such fantastic customer service by someone is experienced and knowledgeable but most of all by someone who cares. This was indeed my experience.
I took a watch in to replace battery. Staff could not get the back off and sent it to repair depot. They came back to me and said the watch needed repair and quoted a cost of several hundred pounds. I did not accept this and asked to have the watch back. Four weeks after leaving the watch it came back. I took it to another jeweller close by. They put a new battery in and the watch worked
My fiancé and I had a beautiful, custom-made engagement ring designed by Sharon & the team at Biagio. It was a such a pleasant, calming process from start to finish and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! It was great to see the CAD images during the design stages and were flexible with any amendments we put forward. Sharon was also very helpful with suggestions on how best to protect the stones from everyday wear and tear, and we even received a lovely bottle of champagne on completion! We will be returning to purchase our wedding bands very soon!
Second visit to Biagios. As frequent visitors to Italy and family ties to the county I am quite picky. Both visits to Biagios have been excellent with delicious quality food and really excellent service. It’s such a godsend to have them on our doorstep.
Outstanding service. Having been to a few companies to look at engagement rings I was left feeling flat and empty. Then we met Anna. She congratulated us which was a first, set a happy tone to the appointment, then listened to my likes and dislikes and very quickly got a feel for what would work. She disappeared and came back with MY RING! We had no intention buying the ring that day but the moment was just so perfect we didn't want to break it. Thank you Anna and thank you Biagio for having some fabulous pieces of jewellery.
Staff were pleasant and nice so 4 stars for that but, my review is regarding workmanship. So... I took my wife's engagement ring in to fix mainly one prong. after several days i received a call to collect and they appear to have made adjustments or renewed all of the prongs, not as tight as it once was looked but to me good so long as it holds the diamond in, right then this would have been a 4-5 star review at this point however, just under 3 months of having it one prong had broken off completely and another had become loose, and now annoyingly my wife has had to take it off of fear of losing the diamond, i'll avoid this Jewelers now and try my luck elsewhere.
