My wife has been looking for an emerald ring for a while and saw a superb one in the shop window. We viewed the ring with the help of Amy, what a delightful lady to deal with. The ring was a little tight but Amy said they would resize the ring free of charge. A week later we have collected the ring and it’s perfect. When looking for an engagement ring for my now wife we went to Robert Gatward and found the staff to be really helpful, especially Jennifer who we dealt with mostly. I had an idea of what I wanted but they really helped narrow it down. We have since returned and bought both of our wedding rings and would recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery for any special occasion.
Really impressed by the level of service at Robert Gatward Jewellers. Jennifer, Fiona and Georgia were all on hand to help, provide excellent advice and a second to none service. Would never go anywhere else!
I had a quote of £400 from another jeweller to repair a watch that I thought only needed a new battery. I declined the repair and asked for the watch back. I took it tp Gatwards and the lady there said they would check the battery. The watch worked perfectly and I was not charged for the battery. They were brilliant staff and I cannot find enough words to express my thanks.

This shop has a very attractive display of rings, watches and other jewelry. I visited them recently to have my wedding ring cut off my finger as my knickle had swollen to such an extent that I was unable to remove it by any other means. Much to my surprise this service was carried out without any charge and I will be returning to have the ring enlarged once my finger has returned to a normal shape. I was most impressed by their care, explanations and understanding.
A lovely lady cleaned my pandora bracelet, that had been in a hot tub, and went black. She went that extra mile. Fantastic customer service. Will be back again.
Incredible Jeweler that go the extra mile. Their products are first class, the staff are amazing and after sales service is amazing. I wouldn't risk going anywhere else.
Superb shop for a place like Thame. They offer all sorts of discount and have such friendly staff to help you with all your needs. Fair prices and great location.
