The staff in this shop are really helpful. It contains a great range of cooking based items and we can often browse in their for a good while. They have crockery and an outstanding selection of electrical items. They also have a great range of cooks knives and sharpeners. A great place to visit from presents and cooks.
In reply to the "might as well go to Robert Dyas" comment, ignore such stupidity. Im far from well off but ST offer much better quality items than RD which id rather pay that little extra. Hence a little bit more expensive but the quality is way above. Excellent range of LSA glassware and amazing range of kitchen utensils. Coffee machines and supplies. Helpfull staff and you get what you pay for... better quality items. Highly recommend over Robert Dyas.
Once upon a time this was a lovely shop selling very high quality Kitchen ware. Now it is in the process of being shut down and reopened under the name ProCook which is the name of the company which bought the Steamer Trading shops last year. Many of the Steamer Trading shops have been shut down but it appears that this shop is due to be reincarnated and that most of the staff will retain their jobs.
Excellent service. I bought de Buyer pans and a nice bread knife, and the staff were knowledgeable and super helpful, really engaged. It truly was a fun visit. Thanks
