dont waste your money with this company folks !! spent 6 grand on a used car paid for the gold cover extra warranty .. within 10 days car had problems (to which one happened on test drive and was told all fixed by time we collected car - only to be told later they didnt have the diagnostic equipment to fix it in the first place) !!! lies after lies after lies, i was advised to take my car to main dealer where they inspected the problem(s) car needed £1700 spending on it, and even thought we had the warranty they refused to spend a penny on it, and told us they'd give us a fulll refund, to which was a night mare, they sent 2 guys out (almost a month later) tried to collect the car before payment had been made back to me !!! company stinks its a wonder aylesbury doesn't smell of their bullshit !! .. THEIR WARRANTY IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON !! the car had done 67000 miles and the said on the warranty it had done 47000 !! when asked bout this they said they have to override the system sometimes !! more lies !! the used car sales bloke we dealt with was great .. but management above him just fed us lie after lie !! was more than happy at eventually getting a full refund and buying a much better car for same value with 30k miles less on the clock !! .. AFTER SALES SERVICE - SOMETHING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT !!!!
