On-line booking process very easy to reserve a specific time slot. On arrival however, greeted with the news that the central on-line system 'double books' with the local center's own bookings. Was informed would be at least an hour before being looked at. As tyres and replacement service already paid for in advance, left car with them. 1:15 hours later returned. Tyres had just been fitted and balanced. Wheel alignment charged extra, and took approx 20 more mins. Overall good friendly service, but let down by over booking.

I always buy tyres from Formula 1. They have well-known brands at the best prices locally. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They treat your vehicle with respect whether it's a new Jaguar or a 21 year old Fiesta. I have both, so I know! Thanks guys and see you next time!

Never had an issue with these guys and i know they arent going to try and force work on my car if it doesnt need doing which is always good to see these days. Would recommend 100%

Service was good value for money with fuel saver but wasn’t given any information what’s been done. When I asked about which oil was used, never had any convincing answer. Looking at my previous services, should have been low Ash oil coz of DPS filter. Have used them before but this time was’t impressed ......

Prices are always very good and in principle so are service levels. But on several recent visits I was given wildly underestimated wait times. ON this latest occasion "45 minutes max" when my son and I ended up waiting 3 hours. Excuses tend to vary, from busyness to failed equipment; but this just seems like poor time management.
