Great customer service with warm and welcoming staff. They offered a prompt and efficient service and tended to my car soon after arrival. Special thanks to the gentleman at reception who was extremely helpful with regards to my car. Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future, very glad to have found this place.

Was asked various questions that I did not know the answer to when I arrived at the centre to book my MOT in, I also paid for this online and then was charged again on the final invoice dated 8th March, I called the customer service line today 14th March as the money still had not been put onto my card for the original MOT payment they told me they were not aware of it. I also requested an online free battery and safety check which seemed a problem when I had also booked a MOT online but there didn't seem to be a problem when they sold me a new battery ? Just didn't get a great vibe or welcoming atmosphere from this place and as a new customer in the area will try somewhere else next year.

Experienced poor customer service. Heard mechanics swearing, staff eating lunch at the reception desk and an unacceptable wait. Halfords will use any opportunity to extract money from you. You have been warned. On a positive, the reception area and toilets were clean and the receptionist was polite. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Lesson learnt! Overall, very disappointing.

Never using the place again. I’ve given them 3 chances. First time round: I used their offer on an MOT... they tried to massively rip me off because I took it to another recommended garage down the road for the work that needed doing and they quoted me £200 less for the labor alone. Second time round: recently bought a car from CarShop and was advised to go into this centre for a diagnostic test on a few things I suspected were wrong with the car. Went in an they refused to do it without payment from me because the have “issues” dealing with CarShop. Third time round: took car on a pre-booked day to have brakes checked. Dropped it off at 8am... come back at 6pm and they say they haven’t even looked at it... I was the first car in the car park that morning. No courtesy call given to advise they were too busy to look at it. So I took a day off work for nothing. Terrible service. Never going back.
