Great experience purchasing used car from Perry's Aylesbury. Test drove and agreed to purchase late on the Saturday, then collected Wednesday! Simon was fantastic throughout the process. Very happy with new car. Thank you.
Fantastic A* I was helped by a lovely man called Simon and I could not be happier. He talked me through the process and answered everyone of my silly questions. I had two young kids with me which he made laugh and spoke to politely.The whole process of the purchase was so pleasant and I highly recommend to anyone. I was so unsure of what car to buy so I tried a few cars I liked the look off but nothing I chose stood out, Simon recommend this car and it was a perfect family car I was sold and I would never have even looked at it if he didn't listen thoroughly to what I wanted! If you do go into the aylesbury branch ask for Simon!
Salesman was young and i expected the arrogance of youth. Very wrong. Alex was very professional, personable and had good product knowledge . Buy a car from this man ! New car sales answer the phones then don't want to deal with a used car call. Online chat was almost useless as they were unable to answer if Aylesbury was open on a Sunday. The online reservation was easy BUT the actual money gets lost within internal systems. My receipt was needed to prove payment. AF

Great service from Alex, never felt pressured or obligated at any point, he explained everything and nothing was too much trouble for him. made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived through to driving away!!! Would definitely recommend
The whole process of buying and part exchanging went quickly and smoothly. I felt confident that I was buying the best car to meet my needs. I have used Perry’s Aylesbury before and would recommend them.
Spares department let me down with wrong information: they said next day delivery about 10am if ordered before 3pm, which I did. However, this was totally incorrect - apparently next day if ordered before 12 midday. If ordered after midday it becomes 48hr delivery. This doesn't sound much but when your car is in pieces at a workshop and now is blocking their work bay, it is a big deal. I also now don't have my car for the weekend either. I wanted to give zero stars for this but it has to be kept in perspective. It's down to just one person telling me the wrong info on which I based my decision to use Perry's Ford spares desk. I'll probably use a local motor factor next time.
A class experience purchasing my used car from Perry's Aylesbury. Umar and his team made sure my purchasing experience was fantastic and the valet was excellent. They even got me some new car mats.
We had an absolutely fabulous experience. Neill was one of the best salesman I’ve come across he was very professional and very informative with a very friendly manner. Highly recommend.
