I booked in for a major service and everything seemed great. I was giving a car whilst mine was being completed, they let me change my appointment last minute due to a change in my work schedule, However when I came to collect the car I was giving paperwork and a check list for a Full Service and charged for a Major service. Difference is £22 But that wasn't my main concern. I have driven 18k miles im 12 months and I have a personal leased car therefore wanted the most comprehensive MOT so booked a major service. When I questioned this at the desk I was told in short that I had had a major service and it was just terminology. Unarmed with information i went away to look at the paperwork. Once I got home and realised they had indeed only completed a full service (20 check points less than the Major service) I emailed them asking exactly what it was that they had done extra to the paperwork I had been given to Warren a major service, as I will need this information when I send the car back. I am still to get a response. Shocking that I can book In for something, be charged for what I booked yet the work carried out be something less than that! Shame as the service seemed great until this point. Also could have been a misunderstanding which would have been fine yet they never came back to me. Leading me to think I have just been ripped off. I won't be going back!

Just came back to Drive-In after being recommended another local place by a friend. They have looked at the work the previous company carried out, explained the problems to me with NO CHARGE!!! Always friendly, professional service and great value... I will not be trying anywhere else again!!
