Very poor customer service. I put a car in for an MOT and once I returned to my car in the customer carpark area I discovered that the MOT Tester had left my electronic parking brake off! This was very dangerous and a huge health and safety breach. Myself or my son who was with me that morning could have been run over by our own car or the car could have rolled away and caused damage! When I highlighted this to the MOT Tester he didn't really have any answers for me and didn't ask how me and my son where or check the car for damage. The MOT Tester is incompetent and his customer service skills are very poor as are one of the chaps on the reception area of the garage who also was very unhelpful on the same morning when trying to discuss booking slots. I categorically would not recommend this garage to anyone.

Great customer service! Was informed from another garage I had a puncture and needed repair, booked it into ATS for them to fix it but turns out, no puncture! So they did my tyre pressures anyway and checked the car over all for a signature and no charge! That’s what you call great customer service. Highly recommend them!

The guys here are great, always so polite and helpful. Would recommend this garage to anybody.

I went in for a wheel alignment and it took a few attempts to get it right but the guys were very friendly, helpful, accommodating and kept working on my car until it was sorted, even though it took a while and was getting close to closing time.

Friendly staff and the work was done on time as agreed. Nice large modern waiting area which was clean and tidy. Had a good selection of up to date magazines too.
