Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is lovely, had a fantastic meal in the brasserie on one of the evenings. I would definitely recommend the food here.nThe rooms are very nice and incredibly comfortable.nWhile everything about the hotel was great, I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Every single member of staff I spoke with was friendly and helpful.nI'll definitely be back!
Just returned from Scotland after 18 fabulous days 7 of them spent at the Perle.nThank you to all the staff who made our visit very special!! Especially Will, Lilly, Sylvia, Fin and Martina. We had a bay view room which was very comfortable and clean. During our stay we had three dinners at the hotel and the quality of the food and the level of service was top notch. Breakfast was also most enjoyable with plenty of selection freshly prepared.nHappy staff with a big smile.
Ah.....The Perle. I can't say enough about this gem of a hotel. We had a room overlooking the harbour. Absolute magic. A clean hotel. Staff is super-friendly and attentive to our needs. Located in the heart of Oban. Very good restaurant with a nice lounge. A solid 5-star hotel.
We like to stay at the Pearl in Oban. It had a very good location right in the center of town. It had breakfast that we had every morning It wasn't included with a room but it sure saved a lot of time when we got out in the morning. The bedroom was very comfortable. The carpet was stained and looked dirty. Like a replacement was in order. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small as was the shower. No matter what hotel we've been in, we've always had to contend with some type of steps. And the Pearl had steps down the hall from The elevator. Just slows a couple old people down but doesn't stop us. We had dinner as well here and the dinner was very good. Service was good.
Could not have enjoyed our stay here more. Favorite hotel of our trip. Lovely room with nice views of town. Good restaurant and bar on premises. Location was fabulous being right by harbor walk and easy walk to ferry terminal, shops, dining and all this wonderful town has to offer. Excellent.
