Wendy and Hugh are two of the best hosts I've ever had. They were so accommodating to us, and went above and beyond in every way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The house is in a perfect location with a great parking arrangement. Also, the home is very well maintained, and the rooms have everything you need. Finally, Wendy's cooking is great so try to make it for breakfast. If not, she'll offer a packed breakfast that's great as well.

If you have the chance to visit Oban then you should do so. The town is completely picturesque and beautiful. There are so many  activities there and day trips, just make sure you book in advance.

This was the best Guest house I stayed at during my time in Scotland. The facilities were very nice and the breakfast was phenomenal. Wendy and Hugh were very warm and welcoming. The location was also great, on a quiet street just up the hill from the center of Oban, the ferry, and the train.

Hugh and Wendy are delightful hosts.  They went out of their way to make our group feel welcome.  The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights.  We had an early ferry the first morning, so Hugh packed a wonderful cold breakfast for us to take.  It was waiting for us as promised.  The Glenroy is not the fanciest place you can stay, but it is clean, comfortable, and hospitable.  I highly recommend the Glenroy and would stay here again.
