I have used this post office for over ten years now. The staff have always been polite and gone out of there way to help myself and other customers. It's nice to go in and never feel rushed , As its a very bust post office .
it is quite a shame as i really wanted to love this post office. It’s the only one near me for a few miles and so having to choose another is a very sad decision i had to make but i had to make it due to the fact that the customer service was appalling on now 2 different occasions. It’s really knocked me because i really wanted to like the establishment. We can discuss this further but i will take my reviews down if you believe they are causing harm.
The best! Mo, Sarah and the team always so helpful! And friendly! Always my go to send and return parcels! Ali is lovely on the shop side too!

Absolutely awful, wish i could give 0 stars. So rude and inefficient- particularly the brown man who was at the desk the morning of 14/10/2024. So rude and disrespectful also very bad language used when referring to black customer.
Been here twice to pick up an Evri parcel. Unable to both times. Not clear that parcels can only be collected during post office times. Third time lucky tomorrow? To be fair, the lady was pleasant.
Went there to send a parcel by Track and Trace and according to the member of staff behind the counter The Post Office does not do Track and Trace.
