Wouldn't give an appointment despite finding a lump in my armpit so obviously concerned about breast cancer told there was nothing for several weeks and then asked me what it was for and where the lump was before telling me the same thing and that I'd have to phone every morning and hope I could get an appointment on the day which is really helpful when you ring dead on 8.30 and are already number 20 in the queue. No compassion or sympathy at all despite the circumstances. Even during covid it was easier to get an appointment than it is now. At the height of covid my mum had a similar worry and got an appointment the same day to be checked. Not the only issue we've had but it's the last straw and will be looking to change doctors. No one should be made to feel like they don't matter when they're worried they possibly have a Cancerous lump.
I think Dr vij should be ashamed of his self, renting out a property that's full of mold making my neices, nephews and most of all my mom health conditions worse he kicked them out cause of the repairs and now he letting them out again with no repairs being done calls his self a Dr knowing the health he causing people, by sounds of it he not good at being a Dr neither both Dr rij and his wife should be very ashamed of there self's
Without fail i leave this Doctors crying. I have been with dr vijs pendeford branch for years now as I've grew up in that area. And they continuously keep disappointing me. There's been a few incidents and i keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. 1st one i asked for a repeat prescription of My contraception pill and they accidentally gave me Anti-depressants by miatake I think that this was a very careless mistake as I took one of the Anti-depressants when i got home thinking it was my contraception pill and didn't feel right. 2nd incident they had called my sister and said her prescription was ready and stated what the medication was but it wasn't for her it was for me so they had disclosed my personal information to my sister over the phone. My sister had to state that medication was not for her as she didn't need this then they realised it was for me and not her and apologised to her. Also continuous times I have been there and they keep saying only one concern for 1 appointment 10 minutes max Well today was the final straw for me as I had called for an appointment in the morning and stated I have 2 very important issues I would like to discuss and the receptionist said that is fine, i take my son out of school early to make this appointment on time. I go in and I discuss a concern regarding an operation I had recently had, and the 2nd concern was I had found a lump behind my ear which i have been worrying about as its how my dad found his lymphoma cancer lump behind his ear And I just wanted doctor to quickly feel the lump To reasure me if I should be concerned or not she refused and said only one issue appointment 10 minutes allowed only. She had only spent at max 8 minutes with me regarding my 1st concern So I had to go home with the same concern as this is the same cancer my dad passed away with. They refused to check the lump And Lymphoma cancer can also be genetic. They told me come back next week. I live quiet a distance from that doctors now as i have moved area and it is very hard to get a appointment as u have to start calling from 8:30am and its a first come first serve. There was only me and 2 other people in the waiting room today they wasnt busy it didnt come across as overwhelmed. I sat waiting and waiting There to be called to be seen and there call out screen wasnt working either. So i sat waiting there for no reason considering i checked in at main desk. Once again the NHS fail us and still continue to fail us at such worrying times during a pandemic where peoples mental health has been tested to an extent. I have 2 young children 6yrs old and 2yrs old that need there mother im 28 years old. There are further incidents i wish not disclose on here out of respect, however i will be contacting CQC and i will be speaking to the express and star. Today is the day i have asked to leave that surgery and for good as it has been nothing but a living nightmare.
i did not have good exprience with this center, they were not help ful at all, i visited my Gp for my hand having serious nerve pain but the GP did not do anythings for me, she just easily said she cannot do anythings...
Vile man, very rude, very disrespectful shouldn’t be allowed to be a doctor or a landlord he’s terrible at both and he’s a thief
Phone them 08.30 it keys off after 1 ring. 26 calls later i get an answer machine message that lasts 2 minutes and invotes you to press 1 for an appointment but it cuts you off. Eventually i get through to be told all the appointments have gone so i must call back at 2pm. Guess what ? Same story at 2pm. Utter waste of my time.
Ring at 8am they never answer 50 calls later and saying it's closed ... I am a pregnant women needing a appointment please don't bother ....
Dr.vij needs to stop running so many surgery's and giving out attitude.
