This doctor is completely unethical and spoke to me in an abrupt manner. Last year I lost my aunt to brain cancer so I had three anxiety attacks within that same year because of her death and Dr A Nandanavanam was one of those reason I had the anxiety attack you see I am on the spectrum and even though it hasn’t been fully diagnosed by the doctors i know I have the attributes of someone who has mild autism and also severe anxiety and depression and so my behaviour can be erratic and instead of caring the doctor showed no compassion and spoke to me so abruptly and with an attitude and was the most arrogant doctor I had ever come across so in a moment of weakness I said something bad in particular the B word because of the aforementioned Asperger’s and instead of understanding my behaviour she therefore threatened to call the police on me as I was already going through the emotions of losing my aunt to brain cancer everything felt so overwhelming and all of a sudden I have this uncontrollable anxiety attack and she showed no sign of care or compassion for what I was going through unlike the nurse who handed me a glass of water as I’d finally calmed down. I have never come across such a callous and heartless doctor in all the years I’ve been at that surgery before. How can a doctor not show any compassion for their patient or care but instead ban the patient from their surgery altogether I mean how can she consider herself a doctor when she consideration for a sick patient. Depression is a mental illness so I think it’s disgusting how she treated me. She clearly has no ethics or understanding of how to speak to a patient I can’t imagine how she would speak to a heart patient should probably yell at them too and threaten to call the police as she behaved with me.
Great doctors! Never struggle for an appointment! Always sort everything out really fast. Cannot fault
Best doctor I have ever been to. Patient care was through and Dr Nandanavanam was kind and friendly.
Terrible service. Doctors are good but receptionists are horrible and the bookings are terrible.
