Not the staff's fault but theres always a queue and wait times at peak can be up to 15-20 minutes. Most things can be done online now but some things like sending a package can only be done in person.

Well, that is a post office. No other places you can send mail from. But do you need to? Send an email! Oh god, am i that old?

There is a cultivated ethos of condescension and bad manners at this post office. There is an urgent need for retraining (or is it training?) as this post office is gaining a growing negative reputation for service quality.

STAFF INCREDIBLY RUDE - THEY KNOW WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO WAIT WHILST THEY TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMER FRIENDS AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO LOOK AT ME LIKE SOMETHING THAT SMELLED AND ARGUE LOUDLY IN FRONT OF EVERYONE THAT THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED WHEN THERE ARE 3 WINDOWS AND 3 ASSISTANTS THERE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!!!
