In 15 years I have never had a parcel delivered via RM without a problem. Always need to chase, go to different post offices, parcels lost most of the time, downloaded the app, always redirect to local post office, they still attempt the house. If I am home, don’t even knock the door. This review is not just for this particular branch, it’s for royal mail in general. I don’t understand how they can’t learn, from so many other courier companies, how to deliver a parcel successfully.
I don't even want to order again just because some companies use this corrupted company. This is like the tenth time I have had a problem with royal mail. Their delivery drivers have zero IQ. I have requested my parcel to be delivered to my local post office and yet somehow they keep trying to deliver to my address. Thank you for your Royal services
Absolutely appalled by the service from Royal Mail today. I waited at home all day for a delivery, only for the driver to show up empty-handed. When I asked about my parcel, they just smiled and casually asked, 'Was it a box? Trainers?' How is this acceptable? I expect better from a service we rely on for important deliveries. Extremely disappointed.
fucccck royal mailI was at home but royal mail didn't knock on the door so this resulted in my delivery not being delivered three times. Now I can't get the delivery to continue no matter what I do, it keeps pushing the ball, never seen such a bad courier company. This is now resulting in having to return my delivery, I am very angry about this, if it won't do for a courier company then please close down immediately.
The Royal mail delivery office and mail centre is where you will go to collect your undelivered packages or if you wish to send a parcel.nnAccess is from the side on Hadfield road, you will need to buzz to have the gate open for you.nnOnce inside there is plenty of customer parking, always served quickly, no hassle or stress.
