Thankyou to the gentleman staff member who noticed me looking completely lost as he drove in the same time as me.! There's really no need to be here unless like me, you missed the last post, you still have until 7pm if you take it here. I have no idea what else goes on apart from work obviously!

I when down to see if I could pick up something as it was given back to the postman the team was grate and gave me good info what I can do I rung the help line with the info and was told that it was not the righ information at all and I’m item would be destroyed if It had no return address on I am so pissed off with the member of staff I have spoken to in the call centre I have spent the last 2 days trying to sort this out and every time I have rung them all I get is a snotty person that thinks they gods gift to the world
