Shocking service. It never was 1st class excuse the pun. Has gone downhill dramatically in recent years. They don't even bother telling you they've tried to deliver something. No email, no text despite being registered for both, no calling card. They just try once do they even? then send it back here. I don't know how Royal Mail still exists. It doesn't deserve to.
Absolutely awful by far the worse mail center in the uk from my experience. The super hub in Norfolk got it to cardiff in 9 hours cardiff haven't gotten 1 mile to me and its been almost a week company seriously need to sort themselves out and stop being so lazy with the working hours I mean seriously!
Absolute shambles. Used to be alright a few years ago but their hours and delivery system just causes issues. Booked to get item redelivered via the card, got an email receipt and never got it for the booked Saturday. Go to collect said item and they aren't open and have very awkward hours. Poor service, awkward system and doesn't seem customer driven
The Royal mail delivery office and mail centre is where you will go to collect your undelivered packages or if you wish to send a parcel. Access is from the side on Hadfield road, you will need to buzz to have the gate open for you. Once inside there is plenty of customer parking, always served quickly, no hassle or stress.
Shocking tbh. Should have had my delivery Wednesday then it was Friday in which I took days off work to make sure I was home. To then be told on tracking it wil be delivering today so yet again waited in all day only for the delivery driver lie an say they attempted to deliver when they did not they just updated system one minute before deadline ...... absolute shambles
My next day delivery tracked 24 parcel has been stuck in Cardiff for 5 days, was supposed to be delivered on the 5th, it’s now the 11th, receptionist was nice, but when the manager came he said that the parcel wasn’t even there.. I’ve had no update for days, claim to be the best delivery service and it’s literally the worst.
Employs liars. .signs off a next day delivery when they dnt even axtually come to yr hpuse or street! Dont they vet these people ? I have 2000 pound cctv shows secomds minutes hours i live in acul de sac no postman came in my culdw sac that day i have footage to prove it yet they still get away with. Blarant lies ..3 days no trainers no update from royail mail disgrace
My package was sent from Cornwall to reach Cardiff, for Cardiff branch to refuse delivery as it was too heavy to be delivered!! I will not be collecting, I have reminded sender of the contact Royal Mail made with them to deliver item.
For some reason the new delivery driver for my area has twice gone to the wrong address, once posting a package to a block of flats that have no connection to my property. My package and a neighbours was sat in their block of flats hallway for anyone to steal Then today, they tried to collect a package from the wrong address thud forcing me to have to take it to the post office in town today. Useless company and when you want to complain, you can’t even phone them directly… You have to actually travel to the building to complain.
These people are to stupid to notice a parcel floating back and forth Cardiff and Pontypridd shocking service customer service useless. Save your self the bother and go to a different delivery service no wonder they are under investigation
